APA 7th Ed - Problem.

I am currently using APA 7th Ed and I wish to move a group of 7 citations to earlier on a paragraph. I seem to be unable to simply drag and drop and when I cut and try and paste it does not work.

What am I doing wrong?

Can you say what's not working with cut & paste? And which word processor?
