Syncing Issue

Hi there -
I have followed the steps listed here: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing

Essentially - I have a paper that I converted (on Friday, 5/6) from a linked to a synced file. It is not showing up in my web library. I have synced my library repeatedly since the conversion, and other files have started to show up in my web library that were not showing up before (but not this one). I also reset the syncing history. I've closed and re-opened Zotero several times.

I am getting an unrelated sync error for a group library I do not own; I included a screen shot of that just as an FYI.

I am using the latest version of Zotero on an iMac and trying to access my web library through Brave browser.

    Did you do a Reset File Sync History immediately before generating that, as the instructions say to do?

    It looks like it's trying to download rather than upload that file, which may be a result of some bug from the conversion, but I would expect a Reset File Sync History to reset the state and force it to be uploaded.
  • Here’s a new one - D45684315

    Although it does look like this time resetting sync history did the trick and this article is now showing up in my web library. I tried that twice to no avail before; I’m not sure what was different this time.
