I want connect zotero with jianguoyun, but it appeard some bugs that I can't understand at all.
I clicked "File Sync" in Settings, filled in the correct server, username and password, and displayed my "component returned fault code" popup, then clicked "Report software Defect". I think there's something wrong, but I don't understand at all. I need help. Thank you.

    If you can't figure it out, can you provide a Debug ID for a verification attempt that fails?
