Getting a run-time error 453 When changing computer

Hi, I am getting the Run-time error when I'm working from a deferent computer than the one I have started the document and referencing on. When I start a ned document the Zotero plug in works. Is there a way around this?

    Be sure to say what exactly you're doing when reporting a problem. I assume you're referring to citing in the Word plugin? We also will want a Report ID.

    What's the full error you're receiving? Can you take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here?
