Upgrade StoragePayment methods

The institute I work for would like to purchase a unlimited subscription. I had read that it was possible for institutes to pay by bank transfer, but this option does not appear in the procedure. Has anyone had similar experiences? Do you know if this option refers exclusively to the "Lab" and "Institution" subscriptions?

adamsmith(but I'm not sure they'll do bank transfers for small amounts -- they're generally costly in the US; I know they offer Paypal)
