Extracting Comments only without the highlighted text

Hello, is it possible to add note from annotation by extracting only the comments, without combining each comment with the highlighted text?

You can create a new note only with your comments by selecting "new note" in the center of the toolbar.

If you already have your comments associated with a highlighted text, I think it is possible modifying the template.
