Dragging annotations to notes does not work

@dstillman apologies for the confusion earlier - I had posted again because I hadn't received the notification of the deletion and thought my post simply hadn't gone through. As requested, here's the separate thread.

Dragging selected annotations from the sidebar to a note does not result in anything being added to the note, as below. I'm on 6.0.6

    Do you have a custom note template set?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for doing this?

    So, I've just turned on debugging to capture this - and it's now working! Which is super odd, because I've been trying it for a good couple of days.

    I'll keep an eye on it and if I find the same problem again, I'll update with a debug ID.
