"Baidu Scholar" translator report error

I tried to save some papers or patents to my zotero client but the connector reported errors. I tried both firefox and ms edge and both reported the same errors and failed to save the item. Baidu Scholar worked for me before.

with further tests, I figured out it would failed on items in Chinese but worked on items in English.
