Zotero is not allowing me to become a member of my group. I got the invitation but when I click in the link to accept the invitation it sends an error message. How can I fix this?
I have an invitation to a group, I am a Zotero member, I did log in... There is a group invitation in my inbox but that's where the problem starts. I go to the link- there is no ACCEPT or DECLINE as described in the inbox invitation. So the group is not added to my GROUPS tab.
Please help..
If the invitation is no longer active (it was revoked or you already acted on it) the message would still be in your inbox but the buttons would not be there.
I issued an invitation to a new Group member. He accepted the invitation after logging in to Zotero Home webpage. When logged in to the Zotero.org page it shows him as a member of my group but when he shuttles back to his actual reference database screens on his computer the Group is not showing up as a Group Library so he can't actually see or do anything. Any thoughts on what's going on here?
