I add highlights in the iPad version. I close and open the app several times and wait a bit, since I do not see any sync button. Then I go to the Mac version and click the sync button. But I never get the highlights synced.
From the other side, if I highlight from mac and sync, then I get it synced from the iPad side.
So it looks like syncs can not "get out" from the iPad version
Your Debug ID shows an annotation being uploaded successfully.
If you paste HWXXNDQ8 into the search bar in the desktop app in All Fields & Tags mode and open the PDF in the built-in PDF reader, do you see an annotation for "Striking" on page 1?
Can you provide a Debug ID from the Mac for adding an annotation to the same page on the iPad and syncing the Mac? Make sure it covers the first sync on the Mac after the change is made on the iPad.
