No option to extract annotations with Zotfile AND "Add Note rom Annotations" is missing too

I have previously used Zotfile to extract annotations (last time I did it was several months ago), and it worked well. However, I no longer have the context menu option to export annotations using Zotfile. I looked on the forum and read that Zotero 6 added the option to "Add Note from Annotations" in the item context menu, so I thought perhaps that was the problem (I'm on Zotero 6.0.5).

However, I do not have the menu option to "Add Note from Annotations either as I assume I'm supposed to have since I'm on version 6.

I have tried to see if it's a conflict with Zotfile by disabling or removing Zotfile, but it does not change the context menu, and I still don't have the "Add Note from Annotations" option (nor do I have the Zotfile export option either when it's activated).

I'm thinking there must be some other problem, because my context menu when I click on an item looks totally different from what it is supposed to look like (based on what I've read on the forum). My context menu for an item says:

Open PDF
Open PDF in New Window
Show File
---
Show in Library
---
Move Item to Trash...
---
Generate Report from Item
---
Rename File from Parent Metadata
Reindex Item

Any ideas? I'm on a Mac. OS version 11.6.5

Right-click on the parent item.
