Manual tags not appearing in CSV export

Hi,

I am new to using zotero. I am trying to export my library to excel via CSV, so that I can then do some data analysis based on the tags.

I have been using the export library function to export to .csv, and then opening in excel. The problem I am having is that the manual tags which I have added to each item in zotero are not exporting. The column under manual tags is completely blank...

Is there something I am missing here? The tags have need added to the main item on the tab on the right-hand side (third tab labelled 'tags').

I have also tried adding tags to the PDF itself (stored inside the item, along with a notes file). These also do not appear.

Any help would be great solving this!

Hello, I am also experiencing the same issue: some of my old Manual Tags show up on the csv export, but as I added a few new ones today I can't get them to show up on the exported csv. It seems to me this could be related to this other reported bug: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/110042/deleted-tags-still-appear-in-bibliography-exported-as-csv/p1 . Somehow Zotero seems to not be updating the tags that it exports (but how can that be ? Are tags stored in 2 different places?).
