Context sensitive menu icons

I've noticed in a YouTube video that some installations have icons to the left of the text in the context sensitive menus. Mine doesn't (running 6.0.5 on macOS Monterey)...is there a way to enable, or it that feature not available on MacOS?

That's to fit in on Windows. macOS menus don't do that.
