Error When Viewing

Hello! The Word document looks perfect on my end but when I uploaded it to my professor, she was seeing "{"uncited":[],"omitted":[],"custom":[]} CSL_BIBLIOGRAPHY" on some of the lines in the bibliography. Should I be saving the document a certain way? Thanks!

It's just a Word setting:

You could opt to unlink citations in a *copy* of the document before sending to your prof -- that's what you'd want to do before sending to a journal, say -- though that's not ideal if she makes edits in the document that you want to keep/implement.
