Spelling error in add citation

Hi I'm using Zotero 6.0.1 on an Ubuntu system.
I have an entry with the author name Salusinszky - on adding it as a citation it comes out as Slusinszky in the footnote - but correctly as Salusinszky in the Bibliography...
Going a bit crazy! Any ideas?

Can you reproduce this selecting from your library rather than the Cited section of the citation dialog search results?

It's possible you're actually adding two different items (e.g., one that you've since deleted in Zotero but still exists in the document).

If you can't figure it out, send the document to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread and we can take a look.
