word pluging not responding on Google docs - D876527743

I am having some problems using zotero on Google docs (with a Google Chrome extension)

When I click on add/edit citation, refresh, or any other button within the Zotero plugin on Google docs, nothing happens, no other window opens.

Here is the debug ID: D876527743

As adviced on another post (https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/96132/google-docs-issue/p1), I tried to use another browser profile but without any success.

Can you restart your browser and provide a Debug ID (rather than the Connector) from Zotero for trying?

You should then try restarting your computer.

same issue here.
Clicking either Zotero menu or Z button on goolge doc nothing happened.
