Style request: University of Bolton (Harvard)

I've tried to teach myself to use the style editor to create this style about five times over the past couple of years, and my brain hurts. Please consider a humble request for help!

The journal example (Campbell and Pedersen, 2007)
Campbell, J. and Pedersen, O. (2007) The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success. /Comparative Political Studies/, 40(3), pp. 307-332.

Journal online (Campbell and Pedersen, 2007)

The chapter example (Mares, 2001)
Mares, I. (2001) Firms and the welfare state: When, why, and how does social policy matter to employers? In: Hall, P. and Soskice, D. (eds.) (2001) /Varieties of capitalism. The institutional foundations of comparative advantage./ New York: Oxford University Press, pp. 184-213.

It's similar to every other Harvard style but I haven't found one that matches it exactly yet. Thanks in advance for any help, I'd be really grateful.
