Hi I am having this issue currently only with ScienceDirect PDFs so far. There doesn't seem to be an option in the advanced settings any more to adjust timeout so is there any other solution? It's very frustrating!
Hi, I've had a chance to download the Zotero 7 beta and the issue seems partially resolved.
However, it's a bit of hit-and-miss for downloads from Elsevier, which work fine (sometimes temporarily) on restarting Zotero (unclear if enabling logging makes difference).

The domain was Sciencedirect by Elsevier. Paper's DOI is https://doi.org/10.1016/S0168-9525(99)01898-3.
