Transferring and Synchronising

Hello Zotero people!

I have multiple folders and data in my Zotero desktop application (on PC).

For work, I share folders with colleagues through (I think) this Zotero website.

Two problems:

1. My 'Web library' on the website is not in sync with my desktop content. Can anyone help?
2. I cannot transfer folders from my 'Web library' to 'Groups'. Can anyone help?

    For (1), see Changes Not Syncing.

    For (2), use the desktop app. You can drag collections and items between libraries. (In the web library I believe you can drag individual items, but you'll want to use the desktop app for any significant work with Zotero libraries.)

    And this sounds like perhaps a bit of a misunderstanding. Group libraries sync — there's nothing special about the web library for this. You work with group libraries in the desktop app the same as your personal library.
