inconsistent format

One of my reference is a web page (ref 10) while the rest are journal/conference paper. The format of this one appears different than the other. Here is how it looks like:

[10] Changali, Sriram, Mohammad, Azam, Mark van, Nieuwland, The construction productivity imperative | McKinsey & Company, (n.d.). https://www.mckinsey.com/business-functions/operations/our-insights/the-construction-productivity-imperative (accessed January 11, 2022).
[11] J.E. Kelley, M.R. Walker, Critical-path planning and scheduling, in: Papers Presented at the December 1-3, 1959, Eastern Joint IRE-AIEE-ACM Computer Conference, Association for Computing Machinery, Boston, Massachusetts, 1959: pp. 160–173. https://doi.org/10.1145/1460299.1460318.

As you see, reference 10 shows the complete name while it has to appear similar to ref 11, with the first letter for the first name. Do you know why and how can I fix it?
  • Have you looked at the data in Zotero? From the looks of it, it might just have the whole string -- from Changali to Company -- in the title field and no authors listed at all. Otherwise, the authors may be in single field mode as lastname, firstname instead of as in separate fields. (If there are two small rectangales next to an author name it's in single field mode -- the two rectangles toggle to two fields)
