Just want to print a doc highlighted in Zotero...help. How?

I just spent hours reading a long article and highlighting it using the tools in Zotero. All I want to do is print it with the color-coded highlighting, but it won't print any of the highlighting. How can I do this as a Microsoft Chrome user?

Do File → Save As and print the saved PDF in another PDF viewer.
