I'm quite impressed by all the ideas of improvements given on the forum and I guess all would require quite much people to get developed than there is in the team.
What about a kind of "market forum", so people with ideas could meet, people who can code, maybe students looking for an idea of project so that some of these ideas be developed as plugin?
It could also be communication stuff (advertise videos about Zotero, flyers...). It could also be about workflow and "best practises" about collections, tags (use of tag for subjects, but there are some who use them for "functionnalities"), etc.
