Here is the problem I received:
This version of the zotero word processor plugin (1.0b4) is incompatible with the currently installed version of the Zotero Firefox extension (2.0b7.4). please ensure you are using the latest versions of both components.
Ubuntu 9.10, Firefox3.5.4, openoffice3.1, both zotero word processor plugin and Zotero Firefox extension are the newest.
