Google Docs Zotero Menu Not Opening

Hello,

I'm running into an issue that whenever click the Zotero tab in google docs to cite work the selection menu does not appear, only a blank piece of the menu. When I delete the Zotero Connector extension off of google chrome and redownload it, the plugin works fine but then the next day I am faced with this same issue. Pressing the citation keyboard shortcut does not work as well. I have repeated the delete and redownload process three times. This menu pop up error occurs in google docs with and without previously made citations

I have Zotero Version 6.0.4

Can you provide a Report ID from the Connector after this occurs?

Does it still happen if you disable your other Chrome extensions?

Thank you for your reply. I had to wait until a certain time passed until I could disable some extensions.

I am still unable to access the citation menu after disabling all extensions. The malfunction is constant but here is the report ID.

We need a Report ID from the Connector, not Zotero, after this occurs, with all extensions disabled. Follow my link for instructions.

Can you open developer tools (in Chrome: Tools -> Developer tools) on a Google Docs page, switch to the console tab, copy the contents, paste them somewhere and post a link here?

It's likely that this is caused by other extensions or security software. Try installing the Zotero Connector into a new Chrome profile to see if it works there.

Thank you for this assistance. After fully deleting two extensions, Paperpile and Simple Blocker, the Zotero connector appears to be working.
