Item notes in PDF viewer out of order

I begin each note with a page number so that they will sort in that order. It works fine in My Library view, but when I'm viewing the PDF in the viewer, the notes aren't in numerical order. See screen shot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/z7efx9ncatd15zi/Note order.PNG?dl=0

It seems I like saw a post about this a while back, but I can't find it now.

Can the Item Notes in the viewer be listed in page # order?

    This was changed in 6.0.5, but we've reverted it to the previous behavior in Zotero 6.0.6. (I forgot that we were sorting this reverse chronologically on purpose.) It can now be controlled with the sortNotesChronologically.reader hidden pref from the Config Editor in the Advanced pane of the preferences.

    I pretty much like how arggem sorts entries depending on the page number and note-location inside the corresponding page. It just feels natural but it is quite unhandy and work intense to realize.

    Would it be possible to set up a hidden pref to sort notes depending on page location inside a document in library and pdf view?
