Back button of mouse in pdf viewer not working

Hi I recently updated to zotero 6 and love the pdf reader! The only thing which irritates me is that the back button of my mouses (MX Master S2/S3) dont seem to work in the viewer. Although they work in the browser and every other imaginable app on my OS (Linux based). I can use the short cut Alt+Leftarrow to jump back to previous position but that is a little bit more inconvenient. Is this a bug or a missing feature?
