Broken word document

Hi, guys. I modified the citation format this afternoon and just found that one of my word files got broken. Is it due to the modification I made in the Zotero? The word notified that the doc cannot be opened. Do you know how to fix this? Thanks!

Nothing Zotero does to your documents can make them corrupt to the point that they won't open, so whatever happened was caused by either Word or some general system issue (e.g. hard drive issues, security software interference). If you cannot open a document you'll have to seek support for it with someone who specializes in Microsoft Office.
