Creating a bespoke version of Harvard

I've seen that lots of universities have their own style of Harvard available in the list of styles within Zotero. Is it easy enough to add a new one to that list, ie for my university? If so, how does one go about creating a style? In particular, I'd like to modify a more standard Harvard version (perhaps the Cite Them Right version of Harvard), and just make a few ammendments to it. Not really sure where to start though.
Any suggestions, very welcome.

(That said, if you have any power over this -- it's a much better choice to just stick with a standard Harvard style than creating a custom one; you'll need to maintain & update the style as it changes and we often find university's struggling with that)

I would love to be able to do that, Adamsmith. I've certainly tried as hard as I can to coinvince them that that makes sense. To no avail, alas...
