Citation problem

Hello, I'm currently running Zotero 6.0.3 with a plug-in for my microsoft office 2020 on my Macbook pro 2011.

I am experiencing problems since the update, as the program won't create de numbers of the cited papers. after the selection, it only says "Citation".

Has someone experienced the same problem?

Can you restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID for this happening?

Ok, thank you. Could you make a guess of how long it will going to take?I might look for an other program, as I have to finish my thesis.

There are no errors in the debug log you submitted. See Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents

Alright, thank you. I think that I found an other solution by creating a new word document, copying my text, unlinking the citations and starting from the beginning.
