Using Word extension, Add Bibliography not producing italics

Aloha - I've been using the Word extension with great success for several years now (thanks for all your hard work over the years), but just noticed that the Add/Edit Bibliography action produces a reference section without any italics. I have APA 7 selected as my default style for the paper. Any tips on how I could correct this?

I'm having the same problem and the solution on the link posted here doesn't change anything. Any thoughts?

I'm on Word 2016, PC, everything's up to date, and I had no problems up until recently.
