Chrome Connector - Place cursor in tags field automatically

I use the keyboard shortcut to save a document. To add a tag I have to click the drop-down arrow and then click on the tag box. I would like to start typing immediately which I could do if the cursor were in the tag box. This would make it much quicker to save a bunch of references in a row.
