Cannot Create Note File from Annotations

Have been annotating various PDF's via the iPad. I can see the annotations in Zortero on my Mac, but I cannot create a new file from annotated notes. Option not available on left hand mouse click. This used to work, is it a feature that has been taken away ?

Thanks - However as mentioned the 'Add Note from Annotations" option from Right Click Menu is not there...

Right-click on the parent item, not the attachment.

Thank you so much!! - I needed to create Parents for the attachments. I uploaded PDF's without a parent entity - Really appreciate your help - Thanks
