Bonjour, J'ai intaller zotero il y a quelques années sur mon ordi et je ne sais pas comment me désabonnement de l'application dur mon ordinateur pour le connecter à un autre compte pour pouvoir travailler sur word.

If you're talking about syncing, you can change the user account from the Sync pane of the preferences. Note that it will delete all data from the old Zotero account on your computer if you switch sync accounts (after warning you that it will do so).
