Upgrade StorageWord could not communicate with Zotero and unable to use tags in Chrome
Hello,
I am having a lot of issues with Zotero coming up in word with the error message 'Word could not communicate with Zotero'. This has happened numerous times, I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling it, it will work for a few weeks and then happen again.
Also with the chrome extension, it doesn't always allow me to add tags, it doesn't come up as an option. I have tried updating chrome and reinstalling Zotero.
I am not receiving any error messages

For Word: When this happens again create a new thread and submit a Report ID. You should begin troubleshooting it by restarting Zotero and Word, and if that doesn't help, restarting your computer.
For the Zotero Connector: Describe in detail what happens when you cannot add tags. If you then refresh the page and save again can you add tags? What if you navigate to a different website and try to save? What if you restart your browser?
