Upgrade StorageDocumentation broken link for timelines

links to the outside project "SIMILE Timeline project" here:

which is defunct and links instead to here:
https://code.google.com/archive/p/simile-widgets/
which is also defunct, but links here:
http://www.simile-widgets.org/
which is miraculously still funct. I wonder if it's better to link to the current home for the project as the intervening outdated pages continue to decay and eventually disappear completely.
