Upgrade StorageZotero group (on web) - slow tags and initial view

1. Tags are slow to load. Once the web page is loaded, tags can take many seconds, up to a minute. As an example, type "SCR" and you can see the related tags slowly show up, alphabetically, with the last one taking close to 50 seconds.
2. I would like the library to load sorted by date added. Is that possible? The default is alphabetical order.

2. Library sorting (as well as visible columns) is a preference stored in the browser so if a visitor have previously used web library, their preference will be used. The fallback is alphabetical order. We are considering adding an option to override that fallback but it's not yet possible.
