italics in bib dissapeared

I just updated my zotero to the newest edition. Now my italics in the APA 7th edition biblio have disappeared (e.g. for book titles, journals, etc). I have tried changing reference style modes and then switihng back to APA 7th edition but the italics have not come back (even though in the other style modes they are there). Could you please assist? Thanks
