Upgrade StorageFeature Request: Differentiate Color and Tags for database and reader
Let me start by congratulating you on your in-program-reader and -annotation-tool as well as your iOS-App. Using it (with Webdav sync) is very smooth.
I have made an observation that might lead to a problem. I can only imagine what your plans are, but I guess at some point users might want to (and probably can) see highlighted-and-tagged passages from a pdf through clicking the tags in the database. The highlighted text in the PDFS is done so by color just as are the special tags that are give a shortcut-number on the desktop app. Using colors twice for different purposes may lead to confusion.
I will make a suggestion on that behalf. Have a look at the card game "Set" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Set_(card_game)). They use shapes and shadings for variation. Using 3 shapes + 3 shadings the same 9 differentiation that blue, red and yellow and its mixtures give you. Give it a thought!
