Upgrade Storage"zotero://select" links don't work on app launch
When Zotero is not running on Windows 10 and I use a link such as "zotero://select/library/items/" from another program, Zotero 6.0.4 indeed opens, but does not navigate to the item in question. I have to click the link a second time after it has loaded, and then it works properly. The alternative "zotero://open-pdf" link works on startup as expected.
Needs another discussion, but I'd also love to have a "zotero://open" link that opens whatever best attachment the parent item has in either the Zotero PDF reader or default application (i.e. for epub/html), instead of just limited to pdf like "zotero://open-pdf".
