PDF reader cannot right click -> create note
Right now, if a user selects some text, a popup to highlight will show up.
However, to create a new note, a user must click toolbar -> click a point -> edit the note => Problem is here, the tool is still in add note mode -> For touchscreen or trackpad users especially, it is very easy to misclick. -> And users have to click the toolbar again.
The process is a redundant experience.
Why not just let the user right-click a point in PDF -> create a single note like the highlight tool.

Click add note on toolbar -> Point somewhere -> (The add note mode cancel automatically) -> Edit note
In other words: A user activates the add note tool, and after a single click, a new note is created and the add note tool just quit. If the user wants another note, just click again.
The current behaviour of concessively adding a note to various places, and mixed with note editing is much less used i believe.
