Upgrade StorageHot / Shortcut Keys in Zotero to generate citation not working
MAC OS - 12.3
Zotero - 6.0.3
In Zotero, when I try the shortcut keys to generate a citation rather than use the edit/copy citation or edit/copy bibliography pulldowns only the copy citation feature works, the copy bibliography feature does not work.

Have you tried disabling all Zotero add-ons (other than the native word processor integration) for testing?
Any chance you have some global shortcut assigned to Cmd+Shift+C ?
Thanks for the input. I have also been able to duplicate this on my laptop. I just tried it with disabled add ons, still an issue. I did check the advanced tab settings and they are per the default.
I'll continue to try a few things, but it remains a problem. Using the mouse is the work around. Thank you
