zotero connector did not display folder icon

When I used pubmed to search literatures, my zotero connector did not display the folder icon as like before. It was still a blue and white icon. But when I clicked one of those literatures, and went to the detailed interface, my zotero connector icon will change and crawl bibliographic information. I need your help to tell me what should I do to make the folder icon appear and batch the information of literatures.

That shows a folder icon for me. Restart your browser and try again, and if you're still having trouble provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading that page and getting the wrong icon.

You seem to be missing the PubMed translator — note that it doesn't say "PubMed" when you hover over the icon.

Reset your translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences, and then do the same from the Zotero Connector preferences (right-click on the save button → Options/Preferences → Advanced tab).

I did the above, but it didn't solve this problem. And I have a report error in zotero connector.This is the report ID:1057731053.

Try those steps again, and also restart your browser. If you look in the translators folder of your Zotero data directory, you should see a PubMed.js file.

Just now I found my translator folder, and found 3 files named "PubMed.js", "PubMed XML.js" and "PubMed Central.js". I guess the problem isn't caused by the missing of the PubMed translator.

When I use the older versions of chrome, I didn't have this question. So I want to know if is caused by the browser upgrade or zotero upgrade.

Try disabling any other browser extensions you have.

Yeah, sorry, I now see the PubMed translator in the debug output, but it's not being used. Definitely try with other extensions disabled, and if possible try in another browser.
