update causing issues

I have managed to install the update for the word plug-in, this has errored several times and I have had to update it manually, however it has now broken the link between word and Zotero.
Anything that was done prior to the update is now no longer recognised and does not update in the footnotes or add to the bibliography.
It has also broken the link when you copy a quotation with a footnote from one document to another, which is more than just a little frustrating.

I suspect this is just the same as the above issue — your citations somehow became flattened, likely from saving the document in the wrong format. Zotero inserts standard Word fields, so copying those between documents is entirely in Word's domain, and Zotero will pick them up in the new document as long as they're still active.
