Hello all, I have suddenly begun having the same issue. I already attempted resetting my translators from the advanced -> files and folders pane of Zotero preferences, but still not working.
When I click and drag several PDFs into a Zotero folder, all the PDFs appear there, but the metadata retrieval gets stuck, and no actual citations are generated for the PDFs.
The upstream service used to resolve DOIs is down. They're aware of the problem and are working on fixing it. It will start working again once their service is restored.
