Add-ons Manager always opens partially off screen

When I open the Add-ons Manager from the Tools menu, the window always opens with the top off my screen, high enough that the first few add-ons are offscreen. Fortunately if I drag to resize the left side, the title/menu bar and close button will pop back down into view.
