Hi, I am facing problem with library input , it is showing lookup failed , Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again.
Please help me with this . my report ID is -727605279

Start by upgrading to a current version of Zotero. You're using a version that's almost two years old. You should also figure out why haven't received auto-updates during that time.

If you're still having trouble after that, provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an attempt that fails, as well as the identifier you're trying.
