library catalog no longer works

Hello. At the Paris library I use they have recently "updated" the catalog software. It had been working with Zotero but now there is some sort of bug.

Roughly I have the blue icon on Firefox but each time I try to use it I am getting a "save error" message. I won't quote it since I use a French language version of Firefox. 

I complained to the librarian but when she contacted the company in charge of the software they said they don't deal with compatibility issues related to Firefox plug ins.

I think that the new catalog software is buggy. I am on slow boil here.
