can not add a bibliography

Hi I 've encountred a problem that remains unresolved.
Either in a new empty or in an existing document, i can add citations, but when i tried to add an bibliography it says somehing like"undating goes wrong". Can you helo me?

I've updated my zotero but it doesn't work.

    If you change the language of Word to English, does the problem go away?

    Yes, it works! That's amazing! But could you tell why? I have been using it for years and the bug happened inadvertently.

    We've seen this issue before but unfortunately are unable to reproduce it ourselves. For some Chinese users the only workaround we have is to switch Word to English.
