Bug report: issue with navigation buttons' shortcuts in Zotero 6 PDF viewer/editor

I open a PDF and land on page 2, then go to 6, then 8. If I use the options in the 'Go' menu, the result is as expected. I can go back to 6, then 2, and no further. And then I can go forward to 6, 8, and no further.

But if I try to do the same using the shortcuts I get an issue. Repeating the pattern I open the PDF, land in 2, go to 6 then 8. From here, using 'Alt+Left arrow' I go to 7 (??), 8, 6, 2; and then the 'Alt+Right arrow' takes me to 6, 8, 7 (??).

No idea why the page 7 appears there when using the shortcuts.
  • What OS is this on? Does it happen with every PDF?
I can't replicate this. Any chance you're just hitting the left arrow first (which would take you from page 8 to 7)?
  • This is elementary OS 5.1.7 (based on Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS). It happens with every PDF I've tested.

"Any chance you're just hitting the left arrow first", nope. It always goes to the numerically previous page first instead of the one I just came from.
