selecting libraries to sync on ios app

I have a very large set of libraries and do not need them all on my ipad taking up limited space, but I cannot see a way to select which libraries get synced on the ipad, a functionality available on the standalone mac app. Is there only one mode of operation: sync absolutely everything or don't use the app? If that is the case, can I request the feature to select which libraries get synced. I cannot use it in the meantime.
